On behalf of the Utica City School District, Dr. Spence warmly invites residents of the City of Utica to attend our upcoming Capital project town hall  on:

• March 12, 2025: 6-7:30pm Jones Elementary’s gym
• March 13, 2025: 6-7:30pm John F. Kennedy Middle School’s auditorium
• March 19, 2025: 6-7:30pm Proctor High School’s auditorium
• March 20, 2025: 6-7:30pm Donovan Middle School’s auditorium

Current and future work will be discussed, including district-wide improvements such as safety and security upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, wayfinding improvements, HVAC and technology upgrades, parking lot and sidewalk repairs, as well as outdoor learning center and playground enhancements.
