District News: "Cards for Veterans" with Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon

The Utica City School District is proud to announce its participation in New York State 119th Assembly District Representative Marianne Buttenschon’s annual “Cards for Veterans” program, which is designed to honor and remember our local veterans in celebration of Veterans Day. On Friday, November 3, 2023, administrative representatives from the Utica City School District dropped off several hundred thank you messages from students in all thirteen school buildings, in recognition of our local veterans, as a small token of our appreciation for helping to secure the freedoms that we benefit from each day. On behalf of the entire Utica City School District community, we sincerely thank all of our veterans for their dedicated service to our great nation.
