Today, Dr. Spence, Superintendent of Schools; Mr. Falchi, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessments; and Ms. Palladino, Acting Principal of Proctor High School, had the privilege of welcoming Judge Caldwell for a tour of Proctor High School and an introduction to our Utica City School District System of Care.
