Congratulations to Proctor violinist Kenny Hoang on his acceptance into NYSSMA Conference All-State, held in Rochester, NY December 5-7, 2024.
Kenny showcased his talents at the Board of Education meeting on November 19th, and was honored with a certificate of recognition.
