A representative from Mohawk Valley Community College will be here to discuss the following topics:

 

• What a financial aid package looks like.

• The difference between Federal Aid, State Aid, and Institutional Based Aid.

• Types of Federal Aid (federal loads for students & parents, Pell Grants, Federal Work  Study, SEOG, etc...)

• Types of State Aid (TAP for full-time students/part-time students, aid for part-time study, Excelsior Scholarship, etc.…)

• Submitting FAFSA and TAP Applications.
