Proctor High School would like to highlight Mrs. Stephanie (Malerba) Putrello, a graduate of the Proctor High School Class of 2013. Mrs. Putrello teaches Spanish 1, Spanish 2, and Spanish 3 CB at Proctor. She completed her studies at SUNY Cortland. While at Cortland, she also took some time to study in Cuernavaca, México. This is her 6th year teaching Spanish for the Utica City School District. Mrs. Putrello encourages all students to not only study a World Language, but make sure to take Levels 4 and 5, which are dual-credit courses offered through MVCC where students can earn college credit. It is a great way to have an advantage going into college and potentially earning a minor in a World Language. ¡Felicitaciones, Sra. Putrello!
