Proctor High School Artists Recognized!

On Thursday, March 13th, six Proctor artists were recognized in a ceremony for their artistic achievement.

Hannah Miller, Anthony Pacheco, and Bu Soe Paw were recognized for having their work included in the New York State Art Teachers Association/New York State School Board Association Statewide Virtual Art Exhibit.

Luu Htoo, Ela Nadarevic, Bu Soe Paw, and Duncan Riviere-Viti were recognized for earning six individual awards and two portfolio recognitions in the 2025 Scholastic Art Awards Exhibit, which was displayed at Onondaga Community College from January through March 1.

The Utica City School District is so proud of the achievement of these talented artists!
