Proctor Pre-Apprenticeship Spotlight: MACNY, The Manufacturers Association of Central New York
After a month of training, Proctor students participating in the Advance 2 Apprenticeship Program through MACNY, The Manufacturers Association went on their first company tour during last week’s sessions. Students visited Square One Coating Systems where they were able to see how basic manufacturing, machining, and industrial operator training is used in a real world setting.
Thank you to MACNY for their continued collaboration in making opportunities like these available to our Proctor students for a seamless transition from high school to the workforce.
