October 10 Update
The 2019 Cross Country season has had many successes. We are continuing to lower the 5K times for all of our athletes.
For our boys, Haris Brankovic, Omar Mohamed, Gabriel Cooper and Phillip Le are consistently finishing their races in under 20 minutes. Haris has a PR (personal record) of 16:38, Omar a PR of 17:41, Gabriel a PR of 18:18 and Phillip a PR of 18:50. These are solid times for scoring very respectably at our meets and invitationals.
Aubrey Campbell, Everett Fischer, Jeremy Brady, Alonzo Linen, Ryan Graziano, and Chahn Doan have significantly dropped their times to under 22 minutes. They provide us with a shot at finishing strong at our invitationals and meets.

Overall, we are very proud of our boys and girls Raiders. As a team they are a close knit family who keeps hard practices and workouts mostly positive. We will enjoy the continued future success if the hard work and positive attitudes remain.
9/20/19
September 17 vs. Notre Dame/ RFA
Omar Mohamed had a time of 17:51, putting him in third place overall against some very tough RFA competitors. This was Omar’s first time beating 18 minutes in a 5k.
Everett Fischer's time was 19:53 which put him in 17th place. This is the first time Everett has gone under 20 minutes and his times keep coming down.
Gabriel Cooper made 9th place with a time of 18:50; his first time breaking 19 minutes!
Phillip Le also had a great race, finishing in 10th place overall with a time of 19:23.
These boys are proof that hard work at practices translates into solid performances.
