ZUZU African Acrobats and Dancers Visit Jones!

Thank you to the Jones PTA for arranging a very special assembly for our staff and Jr. Raiders by the ZUZU African Acrobats and Dancers.

The ZUZU African Acrobats and Dancers demonstrated gravity defying stunts while simultaneously displaying the beauty of the Tanzanian culture of East Africa. The show talked a lot about Respect! Respecting your elders, respecting your parents and respecting your teachers.

The interactive show included contortion, chair balance, multi hula hoop demonstrations, and a beautiful display of Tanzanian songs and dances - as well as little comedy too. The show was also inclusive of our students, allowing them to join in and have some fun.
