Community Readers 2025

March 7th was Community Reader’s Day at Jefferson.  The event began with a small reception for all of the guest readers and then student representatives from each classroom picked up their assigned Community Reader and escorted them to the classrooms.  The Community Readers spent time in the rooms reading to the students and answering questions about their careers, interests and community involvement.  Jefferson students and staff are grateful to the twenty-eight volunteers who took the time out of their busy lives to visit our school and spend time with us!
