BOARD OF EDUCATION UTICA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING
Jefferson Elementary School recently held its annual Yearbook Cover Contest, challenging students to creatively interpret this year's theme, "The Jungle." The contest garnered numerous imaginative submissions showcasing the artistic talents of the student body.
Congratulations to Rashi Daroe, whose winning design featuring Jeffer-saurus (the school mascot) and the school rules will be prominently displayed on the yearbook cover. Leah Carey and Amila Kadic were recognized as runners-up for their exceptional artwork.
To further celebrate the students' creativity, the back cover of the yearbook will feature a collage of all submitted designs. The school commends all participants for their artistic expression and contributions to this year's yearbook.
