Jefferson Elementary School recently held its annual Yearbook Cover Contest, challenging students to showcase their artistic talents around this year's jungle theme. The hallways came alive with a display of colorful and imaginative designs as students embraced their creativity.
Rashi Daroe earned first place with her outstanding design featuring "Jeffer-saurus Rex," colorful parrots, and our school values of being "respectful, responsible, and safe."
Congratulations to our talented runners-up: Leah Jackson Carey, who secured second place with her eye-catching leopard print and tropical leaves design, and Amila Kadic, who earned third place with her safari jeep and jungle animals concept.
Mrs. Harris, our yearbook coordinator, was impressed by the remarkable creativity displayed in all submissions. The back cover of this year's yearbook will feature all contest entries, celebrating every student's contribution to this beloved school tradition.
The 2024-2025 yearbook promises to be a treasured keepsake that captures this year's memories. Thanks to all our Junior Raiders who participated and helped make our yearbook uniquely special!
