On Friday, December 6th, the 4th graders at Jefferson Elementary visited The Energy Zone at the NY Power Authority right here in Utica. Our students learned about the past, present, and future of energy and the contributions that NYS has made in advancements in power, energy, and conservation. Students participated in interactive and educational experiences where they completed hands-on activities, learning all about the dynamic world of electricity and New York State’s role in it. They had a great time!
