Hughes Elementary Students Pick Up Pickleball in RED Program
Students in the Hughes Elementary RED program are getting active and having fun through a variety of rotating activities! Recently, a group of 12 students took part in the Pickleball Club, where they learned the basics of the game, from rules and scoring to strategy and teamwork.
Beyond developing new skills, students had the chance to make new friends and enjoy friendly competition. The RED program at Hughes offers different sports and activities every two weeks based on student interest, and Pickleball remains a favorite in the rotation!
