Meet Ms.Katherine Murphy, a product of the Utica City School District and a wonderful educator.  Kathy is a graduate of the former Utica Free Academy (UFA) and received her masters degree from SUNY Oneonta.  Ms. Murphy's career has spanned 34 years; she started in 1990 teaching Kindergarten at the former Kemble School.  She spent 26 years teaching 4th grade at Watson Williams, and the last 7 years also teaching 4th grade at Columbus.  Ms. Murphy is proud to be a part of a district with such dedicated teachers and staff.  She enjoys fostering relationships with her students and showing them that learning is fun.
