Our PARP theme for this year was “Reading Is An Adventure That Can Take You Anywhere!”
The kick off was on Monday, March 17th, and we began our “One School, One Book” initiative by reading "A Fish in A Tree”. 

As part of our PARP initiative, we had a very exciting spirit week as well:

• Monday March 17th- St. Patrick’s Day – Everyone wears green!
• Tuesday March 18th- Dress like Carl and Russell from the movie “Up” – Dress like an old man/woman or a boy/girl scout. 
• Wednesday March 19th- "Up" Adventure Hair! 
• Thursday March 20th – Cozy “Up” with a good book – Everyone wear pajamas!
• Friday March 21st- Color Day – Each grade level wears a different color and crazy/ mismatched socks!

 And to top it all off, on Friday, March 21st we ate popcorn and watched the movie "Up" in our classrooms!
